Deceptive Subscription Model This app is WAY too subpar and mediocre to be worth $30 for a year. Aside from the cheesy illustration-like filters (which are honestly not even that good) it has the same functions as free apps like Snapseed. If you forget to cancel your free trial within 24 hours of the end of the 3day trial period, the automatic subscription gives you a YEAR for ¥3,000 (about 29.99 USD I’m guessing.) Completely unacceptable when there are cheaper subscription options. This app is worth a one off payment of $2.99 AT BEST and does NOT need to be a recurring subscription model. Nothing about this app deserves to be a subscription.
デベロッパの回答 、 Hello! We are sorry for any inconvenience! Prisma is a free app but users can make in-app purchases: a monthly or an annual subscription that gives access to advanced features. Any in-app purchases cannot be made without the permission of the user, a confirmation of purchase is always requested. Users can also activate a free trial period after that an annual subscription is automatically renewing if it is not canceled a day before the end of the trial period. These conditions are clearly stated on the payment screen. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Support: https://getsupport.apple.com. Unfortunately, we cannot manage users' subscriptions on our side. We'd love to, but Apple doesn't provide this option to the app developers. Perhaps you will download our app again in the future.
